Ministry Opportunities
We will be located in a place called Shutia, La Libertad. Impact nations covers a lot of ministry ground and there is never a shortage of work for us to do. Here’s a short blurb from the Impact Nations website.

“The K59 Impact Center: El Salvador is located in a beautiful cove, right on the Pacific Ocean. God strategically placed us in this unreached area. Also located within a village, the ministry opportunities are endless. We are able to do many different outreaches such as: our surf, soccer & other sports related outreaches, street ministry, school assemblies, ministering to orphans at a local orphanage, bringing hope to the children at the cancer hospital, and so much more.

We are excited about our new adventure…the No Greater Love Orphanage! We have a property purchased, the first building is going up, and we are excited for all the lives that will be touched through this orphanage!

We have many missions teams from the USA who come down to minister with us. There are several different types of teams who come: ministry teams, construction teams, and surf teams. Depending on the type of team you will be coming on, you can be prepared to give your personal testimony and be ready for God to use your life to impact others. Although you will come expecting to minister to others, God always ministers to you just as much.

If you choose to do ministry at our Impact Center: El Salvador we know God will use you to impact the lives of the El Salvadorian people as well as your own life!”

Surf Conditions
The K59 Impact Center is located on a very good and consistent right-hand pointbreak, excellent for surfing. That being said, the waves break powerfully, and over a cobble stone reef, and are better for surfers of an intermediate to advanced skills level. I’ve surfed there since I was 15 and the worst that I’ve had is some minor foot scrapes and a few dinged boards. We will be surfing in a group, be aware of our surroundings, and do as we’re directed when we’re in the water. The closest surfline report is for K61.
